• Account & Registration Data: full name, email address, phone number, and a password when you register for a free or paid pass.
• Payment Data: when you purchase a VIP pass, speaker seat, sponsorship, magazine feature, or scholarship contribution, payment is processed by our payment provider (Base44 Payments, powered by Wix). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• SMS Consent Data: if you opt in to text reminders, your mobile number, consent timestamp, and consent source are stored.
• Content You Create: vision letters, journal entries, vision plans, audio letters, community posts, and editorial intake answers you save or submit in the MY MRS. app or Get Featured flow.
• Media You Submit: headshots and photos uploaded for speaker onboarding, sponsor portals, or magazine features.
• Usage Data: pages visited, features used, and device/browser information collected automatically.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and Summit registration.
• To process payments, grant access, and fulfill your selected pass, package, or feature.
• To send transactional emails, the daily nurture sequence, and Summit reminders.
• To send SMS reminders and monthly Mogul texts — only if you have opted in.
• To credit and pay affiliate commissions on referred purchases.
• To prepare editorial magazine features from your intake answers and publish approved features.
• To operate, secure, and improve the platform and its content.

SMS Messaging

Sharing of Your Information

You retain ownership of the content you submit (intake answers, photos, vision letters, community posts). By submitting content, you grant MRS. CERTIFIED™ and BE MOGUL® a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and publishing the Summit, the Magazine, and the MY MRS. community. For paid magazine features, this includes editorial preparation of your story and publication on our platform.

All branding, course materials, workbooks, magazine articles, imagery, audio, and software on this platform are owned by BE MOGUL® / MRS. CERTIFIED™ and protected by intellectual property laws. See our Terms of Use for details.

Data Retention & Your Choices

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our rights. You may update your account details, opt out of SMS, or request account deletion in the MY MRS. app (More → Delete Account) or by contacting us using the details below.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our platform is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will delete it.
